Welcome and thank you for being here!
I would love to work with you as your coach.
As an Internationally Certified Parental Burnout Practitioner and Holistic Life Coach, I know that coaching is serious work and requires commitment, effort and courage.
When working together, we become a team focusing on you and what matters most to you. I am there for you, as you show up fully for the work and for yourself.
This is no quick fix – I don’t believe you need “fixing.” Everything you need is already inside of you!
I consider working with my clients a privilege and a great responsibility. You can count on me to be honest, real and fully present with you where you are and with whatever lies ahead of you.

My coaching style is all about getting to know yourself, what is important to you and taking tangible and challenging actions to prioritise the things that give meaning to you as a being and a caregiver.
I am here to remind you that your real, raw and messy self is what matters. So while I will hold your hand and walk right next to you, YOU will make your own journey.

If you answered yes to 3 or more of these, we could be a great fit. Book a free discovery call to see what you could achieve if we worked together!
How do you know if my holistic, intuitive and supportive coaching is for you?
Do these statements sound like you?
- I am feeling stressed, overwhelmed, physically and emotionally exhausted
- I am feeling lost and I’m not sure who I am anymore
- I have lost many of my ideals, as well as the freedom and excitement of life before kids – I desperately want them back
- I am constantly worrying about what others will say about meI am disconnected from what makes me me and from what I actually want
- I am having constant unnecessary conflicts with my adolescents, and I feel disrespected
- I am struggling to connect and communicate with my adolescents effectively
- My partner and I hardly touch each other anymore and our relationship feels empty – we’re going through the motions like robots
- I want my life to be different but haven’t got the time or energy to figure out how to do things differently
If you have read about my journey here, you would know that I was the woman answering yes to most of these questions.
That was six years ago, and I can honestly say that everything around me shifted when I decided to change how I show up for myself. I made myself a priority. I finally accepted that the band-aid solution that I was using was not working – so I went deep and committed to healing my wounds. I slowed down. I gave myself permission to rest. I listened to my body, tamed my inner critic, calmed my ego, and aligned with my higher self.
I don’t have all the answers for your life, but I believe you do. So my role as your coach is to help you find them, connect deeply to them, and integrate them into your daily life.

What to expect when working with me
I adopt a holistic approach to coaching, whereby I focus on every aspect of you as a Being, including your mind, body, emotional state and spirit. I consider each element essential because their connections can significantly affect your daily life.
When you work with me, you have direct access to my 25 years of professional experience in the field of Education, teaching and mentoring adolescents and supporting caregivers to understand their adolescents better.
I also draw on my Internationally Certified training and coaching in Parental Burnout by the world’s leading researchers and professors in this field, Moïra Mikolajczak and Isabelle Roskam, from the University of Louvain (UCL) in Belgium.
In addition, my learning through a heart-centred and intensive professional life coach course, combined with mindfulness and other tools and techniques, allows me to create an intuitive and healing space for my clients.
How does Coaching with me work?
Firstly, we define where you are right now and set inspiring and challenging goals about how you most want your life to look and feel. Then, I will support and guide you as you contemplate how and what steps you need to take to move from where you are, to where you most want to be.
During our coaching sessions, I will ask you deep and powerful questions that encourage you to challenge and stretch yourself, be vulnerable and build your self-trust and self-belief while simultaneously being your biggest supporter and loudest cheerleader.
I will deeply listen, reflect, and honestly guide you through setting intentions and actions that lead you in the direction you most want for yourself, your relationships, and your life.
I will hold you gently but firmly accountable for what you say you most want for yourself. I will ask you to honour your decision to build a soulful, rich and authentic life for yourself and your family throughout our journey together and beyond.
If you suspect you are experiencing Parental Burnout, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive and structured Parental Burnout Assessment (Mikolajczak & Roskam) online.
The Burnout Assessment helps me determine where you fall on the parental Burnout spectrum, thus allowing me to provide you with the right support and tools.
Are you Ready?
Change is gradual. Change is something you commit to through your choices. And change does not happen overnight because we naturally resist it – and what we resist persists.
Changing the beliefs you’ve had since you were a child, the habits you keep coming back to, the ideals you hold for yourself, family, and the world take immense and profound work to change.
Not everyone is willing to go there, but it can be done – with courage!
By the end of our time together, you can expect…
- To feel connected with your authentic being and purpose
- To lovingly ditch perfectionism and social comparison
- To know how to create rich, deep, meaningful and authentic relationships with your children and partner
- To approach life with a positive and resilient mindset
- To healthily communicate your needs without having to compromise yourself
- To be confident in preventing or recovering from Parental Burnout
- To love yourself fiercely
- To feel truly alive, loved and honoured

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING
“I wanted to create a sense of belonging; however, I found it challenging to communicate with others and open up to forming friendships. Enda listened closely to every word I said, and she was very understanding and at no point did I feel judged when sharing my weaknesses and struggles. If I had to describe my coaching experience with Enda in 3 words, it would be Honest, Objective and Non-judgemental.”

ASAKA
South Africa“Enda was such a kind, supportive and impactful Life coach to work with. She asked me the right questions and was so patient with me. I remember there were days when I would get on to the Zoom call thinking I didn’t have much to talk about, but her deep, thoughtful questions helped me dive deeper into myself and the goals I wanted to achieve.“
